Terms and Conditions
Please read the following before submitting an order form.
There are two ways of transacting with us.
1. Meet-ups (meeting places are limited)
- Customers have to pay the corresponding handling fees.
2. Payment Through G-cash/BPI, then delivery via Xend, 2go, Lbc and Air21.
- Customers have to pay the corresponding shipping fee so as to get their orders delivered to their place.
1. MEET-UPS
This mode of transaction is only applicable to those who can meet us either in SM Sucat (Dr. A. Santos Ave., Paranaque) and SM San Lazaro (near tayuman station of lrt). Other than the ones stated above, we won’t accept any other meeting place and the customer should transact with us through the delivery option (#2).
ORDERING
* Make sure to get the items once you have reserved them.
* Once an order form is sent, there will be no canceling and no changing of orders.
PAYMENTS
* 50% of the total payment should be deposited on our BPI bank account or sent via G-cash. For further information regarding G-cash click here. This is to insure that you will really get the items that you have reserved. (This is not applicable with M&Co products wherein the payment should be given in full already because these items are on a pre-order basis)
* When payment is deposited thru Gcash, customers must shoulder the cash out charge which is 1% of the total money deposited or P10.00 if below P1000.00.
* 50% of the total payment should be sent three days after an order form is submitted. Non-compliance with this will forfeit your order and the item will be given to other customers.
* After we have confirmed that you already sent half the price of your order, we will process your order (because some of our items are pre-ordered).
* Once we already have your orders, we can meet at the designated meeting places (SM Sucat and Sm San Lazaro) and the other half of the payment should also be given.
* Total payment = Payment for items + Handling Fees
HANDLING FEES
* The customers will have to pay the handling fees.
* The handling fee is P30.00 and P40.00 for those meeting us in SM Sucat and SM San Lazaro respectively.
* This should be included in your total payment.
EXCHANGING OF ITEMS
* Most of our items are sold on a non returnable and non exchangeable basis.
* This is not applicable with the M&Co clothes which can be exchanged but not returned 5 days from receipt of items provided that the products must be in good and saleable condition with the packaging, hand tag and boxes intact. We will no longer accept any items after 5 days.
* Customers should pay another handling fee upon meeting us for exchanging the items.
* M&Co Accessories are also non returnable.
OTHER REMINDERS
* Some items are pre-ordered and will take about 1-2 weeks before we can meet you.
* Once an order form is sent, it is already considered sold.
2. DELIVERIES
Deliveries are applicable to those who cannot meet us in SM Sucat (Dr. A. Santos Ave., Paranaque) and SM San Lazaro (near tayuman station of lrt).

* Include the shipping fee in depositing or sending your payment (total payment for your items + shipping fee).
* Payment should be sent three days after an order form is sent. Non-compliance with this may forfeit the order and the item will be given to other customers.
SHIPPING
* Please bear in mind that you will be shouldering the shipping fee.
* Shipping cost depends on the place where it will be sent. We are using Xsend and Air21 for shipping of our items. For further information regarding the shipping rates of Xsend please click here and here for Air21.
* Items will be shipped the next working day once the full payment including the shipping fee is received.
EXCHANGING OF ITEMS
* Most of our items are sold on a non returnable and non exchangeable basis.
* This is not applicable with the M&Co clothes which can be exchanged but not returned 5 days from delivery of items provided that the products must be in good and saleable condition with the packaging, hand tag and boxes intact. We will no longer accept any items after 5 days.
* Customers should pay the corresponding shipping fee (back and forth) for exchanging the items.
* M&Co Accessories are also non returnable.
